Patrik is responsible for the scientific research that Odyssey is engaged in. As a PhD-student at INSiDR at the University of Borås, Patrik researches how the consumer is experiencing retail transformation and how the consumers intimate relationship with technology is re-shaping the purchase journey. The ongoing scientific research is crucial to the development of the products and services Odyssey offer and the results are constantly being utilized to create business opportunities for Odyssey’s clients and partners.
