Since the mid-80s, I have been fortunate enough to be engaged in brand analysis for some of the largest companies in the world. I’ve traveled globally, lived abroad, analyzed many different markets, and created insights for both B2C as well as B2B brands. During this time I’ve also come to the realization that many current brand analysis does not utilize the potential in all the new data streams that those as a company have (or have the opportunity to have) access to today and needs to be redefined.
